Agenda Item Summary:
Staff is seeking City Council approval for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign two copies of the FY 2017 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract for Pennington County Health & Human Services (PCHHS).
CDBG funds will be used to provide housing assistance in the for of deposits and/or rental assistance to individual and families who are at immediate risk of homelessness or moving from a transitional living arrangement to a permanent housing solution.
