Agenda Item Summary:
Pennington County is scheduled to take a tax deed on 248 Curtis Street on June 20th. The property contains a house that needs to be demolished. If the City takes ownership of the property, the City could utilize federal Community Development Block Grant funds to demolish the house and put in new infrastructure, so that the lot can be redeveloped. The transfer will be of no cost to the City.
