Agenda Item Summary:
These Service Agreements will start a new set of 60 month terms for multiple city locations that have expired. The terms of the contract with Midco is still maintained by the Master Service Agreement that was approved by council in August of last year. This terms of the renewal will be covered by the contract and these service orders only serve to define the cost for each location. In all cases the cost is at least the same as the current contract. The network connections are generally $10-$50 cheaper per month.
