Agenda Item Summary:
The Center for Public Safety Management is a partner of the International City/County management Association (ICMA) that provides comprehensive analysis on governance and administration, organizational behavior/management, financial resources, programs, risk management, ISO/accreditation and consolidation options. The Mayor requests authorization for himself and the Finance Officer to sign this contract, at which point the Center for Public Safety Management would begin the evaluation process. Pursuant to the timeline set out in the proposal, it’s anticipated that evaluation process will be completed as early as 105 days from the contract being signed (p. 19 of proposal).
