Agenda Item Summary:
City staff met with representatives from major stake holders in the community relative to special events and the permitting process. After discussion and clarification, staff is recommending that the Special Event Application fee be changed to $50 for each special event, regardless of the size or estimated attendance. The attached document has been modified to include the modification.
