Agenda Item Summary:
For the past nine years, the GIS Division has participated in the ESRI Small Government
Enterprise License Agreement program. The ELA program is structured to run in three-year
blocks. The attached Agreement is for the years 2017 through 2019. There is a small increase
in cost for this Agreement, which is explained in the attached memo.
