Agenda Item Summary:
On May 18, 2015 the City Council approved the City’s first consolidated fee schedule. This resolution included all existing fees that had either been approved by previous resolutions or are codified within the Rapid City Municipal Code. One approved the single fee resolution may be updated annually or quarterly as part of the budgeting process. Various departments are requesting updates to their fees. Attached is the revised fee resolution, a redline version indicating the changes and the original requests for changes.
