Project is being driven by the need to replace approximately 900 ft of 6" DI water main in E Watertown St from Pine St. to N Cherry Ave as well as provide a water main connection in E Watertown St between Spruce St and n Cherry Ave. Multiple water line breaks in this area and main is a dead end.
