Agenda Item Summary:
Staff requests to seek proposals for the design of the Signal Drive and Kellogg Place Reconstruction project. The design will include water and sewer main replacement in Signal Drive from the intersection with Highland Ct to the eastern intersection with Kellogg Place, in Kellogg Place and in Highland Ct. Project also includes street rehabilitation throughout the project limits. Total Project Length is approximately 2860 linear feet. The project is being driven by the need for utility replacements for utilities that have reached the end of their useful life.
