Agenda Item Summary:
Rapid City Fire Department is requesting to apply and accept if awarded the LEPC (Local Emergency Planning Committee) Grant in the amount of $4,332.58. The department will use matching funds in the amount of $2,166.29 from our hazardous materials line item. This request for equipment will improve calibration capabilities and meet national/manufacturer standards for daily testing requirements of hazardous materials detectors.
