Agenda Item Summary:
Due to issues with migrating servers, I.T. has decided to implement additional services and software from Quest (formally BinaryTree) to allow for the migration process to work in both domains for a longer period of time. This additional software and services will be used to ensure that no loss of service is experienced during the migration and all information between the migration domains are kept in sync. Quest uses a DLT to as reseller.
The total cost of the licenses and services will be $26,050.45
