Agenda Item Summary:
This final change order includes miscellaneous additions and modifications that were made throughout the construction. Some were items added back into the Contract from the Value Engineering negotiations during the bidding phase. Others were necessary unforeseen changes.
This leaves the City’s total expenditures for the project just under $5,450,000, with BH Sports covering about $450,000. This is about $50,000 less than the $500,000 anticipated.
