On March 8, 2021, after receiving several complaints at the property of 511 E. Monroe St., an inspection was completed. The inspection revealed an accumulation of trash, debris, building materials, etc.
On March 8th a violation notice was sent to the occupants of 511 E. Monroe St. and the property owner, Mark Cebuhar. A re-inspection date was set for March 19, 2021. On March 19th a re-inspection was completed and found the property to still be out of compliance. At this time a contractor was contacted and a date was set for clean-up for April 7, 2021.
On April 15, 2021 an invoice was received from the contractor for work completed. A memo was attached to this invoice and sent to the Finance Department. All paperwork and pictures were attached to the file and the file was closed.
No further action taken.
