Agenda Item Summary:
This amendment is for Longbranch Civil Engineering, Inc. to provide extensions of some professional service tasks in the original agreement. These extensions are requested by the City of Rapid City to provide additional engineering services not originally accounted for in the original contract. Additionally, this amendment requests reimbursement for engineering services for updates to the construction plans not previously anticipated in the previous review sessions.
This amendment will also extend the contract completion date from March 1st, 2021 to December 31st, 2021.
