Agenda Item Summary:
The agreement with Ferber Engineering Company, Inc. is to provide professional services for the design of a Neighborhood Vehicle/Pedestrian/Bicycle transportation plan and the preliminary design of the reconstruction of Elmhurst Drive between Canyon Lake Drive and Minnekahta Drive (including water and sanitary sewer replacement, storm sewer, pavement, sidewalk, and curb and gutter). Upon completion of this contract, a separate agreement is anticipated for the final design, bidding, and construction related services for the reconstruction of Elmhurst Drive, the design of a Street Reconstruction Prioritization List and preliminary/final design services for the second street(s) as identified on the Street Reconstruction Prioritization List. Staff proposes to construct the projects in 2022 and 2023.
