Agenda Item Summary:
The City wishes to purchase these lots to assist with improving the Skyline Drive right of way. The City has a project scheduled for 2023 for safety and drainage improvements along with pavement maintenance for this section of Skyline Drive, and this acquisition is needed to provide sufficient right of way for the anticipated improvements.
