Agenda Item Summary:
Project is a full street and utility reconstruction of St. Andrew Street East of Palo Verde Drive. This project originated due to failing water and sewer mains. Multiple water main breaks have occurred in this area making it a high priority for reconstruction. Sewer has reached the end of its design life and needs to be replaced. The replacement of the utilities necessitates the replacement of the street and curb and gutter.
