Agenda Item Summary:
As part of the Elk Vale Lift Station Gravity Main and Force Main Project two - 16” sanitary sewer force mains will be installed across the property located at Tracts 1 and 2 of Discovery Subdivision, and Lots 1, 4 and 5 of Blk 1 of I-90 Heartland Business Park Subdivision, all undeveloped lots along North Elk Vale Road and East Mall Drive. The Sanitary Sewer Main Easements will allow access to the sanitary sewer force mains for future maintenance and operation of the force mains. The Temporary Construction Easements will allow access to the property for the construction of the sewer force mains. This agreement also secures existing City utilities on Tract 2 of Discovery Subdivision within a Permanent Utility Easement.
