Approve Resolution No. 2021-001 a Resolution for a Lease Agreement Between Jefferson Partners L.P. and City of Rapid City. The Lessee shall use the Demised Premises, including the common areas, for the purposes of its business as a bus transportation system, and such other activities commonly and customarily associated therewith. Lessee shall pay to the City each month the sum of $1,246.21.
