The amendment to the agreement includes adjustment of the project schedule and contract amount. Modifications to major drainage elements related to the proposed Shepherd Hills TIFF require H&H modeling modifications as reflected in attached Exhibits A and B. The new contract completion date shall be May 31, 2021.
