Agenda Item Summary:
The selected Consultant will develop a prioritization list for the reconstruction of all streets located within the Canyon Lake District boundaries. The design will include water and sanitary sewer replacement, storm sewer, and reconstruction of the first two streets on the prioritization list (including pavement, sidewalk, and curb and gutter). The Consultant will be responsible for the design of the project, bidding the project, and assisting City staff with land acquisition. Construction Administration services will be negotiated. Staff proposes to construct the projects in 2022 and 2023.
