Agenda Item Summary:
Slope failure has occurred east of the north-bound lane of Tower Rd, south of the intersection of Tower Rd and Sandstone Ln. Staff shall seek and receive proposals for a design-build contract for a structural retaining wall system utilizing the Procedures for Design-Build Procurement of Public Improvement Project – advertising both a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and a Request for Proposals (RFP). Advertising Authority previously authorized for Fall 2020 and Bid Letting is currently scheduled for Spring 2021.
