Agenda Item Summary:
Approval of this Resolution will create a new construction fee for properties that benefit from the sewer main built in North Creek Drive. Fees will only be applied to adjacent properties that have not yet connected to City sewer. Fees paid will reimburse the Sewer Utility Enterprise Fund.
