Staff approved exceptions for curb & gutter, pavement, turnarounds and sanitary sewer for JW Gould Memorial Drive. An exception to waive the requirement to install water main in JW Gould Memorial was denied. There is an existing water main in Skyline Ranch Road to connect to and this water main will provide additional hydrants for fire protection.
