Agenda Item Summary:
An exception request was submitted requesting the following requirements be waived as part of a subdivision application.
1) Curb & Gutter
2) Pavement width
3) 2-foot shoulders
Staff approved waiving Curb & Gutter, 2-foot shoulders and reduction in pavement width from 26 feet to 20 feet which matches the rest of Skyline Ranch Road. Skyline Ranch Road is a rural roadway 20 feet in width with the exception to those parcels which have not been platted and is less than 20 feet in width. The proposed plat is the trigger which requires the adjacent roadway be improved, just as other plats in the area have been required to do (Seljeskog Subdivision and Wright Subdivision).
