Agenda Item Summary:
The 2018 Street Light Maintenance Contract contains a provision allowing the City to extend the contract in one-year increments through 2021 in lieu of advertising a new contract for bids each year. Each extension is at the original 2018 monthly price per light ($1.80) with the quantity adjusted to reflect newly installed or removed streetlights. The contract was previously extended through 2019 and 2020.
