The primary purpose of this project is to improve the storm sewer and drainage systems in the Canyon Lake District. Also included are sanitary sewer and water main replacements, street intersection improvements, pavement rehabilitation, and ADA accessibility improvements.

Notes: An irregularity was found in a responsible bidder proposals for Simon Contractors of SD, Inc. and Underground Construction, LLC. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive all informalities and to accept the bid that is to the advantage of and is in the best interest of the City of Rapid City. Simon Contractors of SD, Inc. was the lowest bidder and this irregularity is so noted.
