Notes: An irregularity was found in a responsible bidder proposal for RCS Construction, Inc. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive all informalities and to accept the bid that is to the advantage of and is in the best interest of the City of Rapid City. RCS, Construction, Inc. was not the lowest bidder and this irregularity is so noted.
