Pave existing gravel roadway with asphalt concrete. Pave asphalt driveway tie-ins and lay new gravel surface for gravel driveway tie-ins. Regrade roadway side slopes and install sodding. Adjust sewer manholes and water valve boxes to match new surface elevation. RVSD will adjust their sewer manholes and water valve boxes.
