Agenda Item Summary:
In accordance with SDCL 5-18B-5, a deduction to the bid amount has been negotiated with the contractor in the amount of $5,000 and an extension of the completion date of Alternates 1 and 2 have been agreed upon and incorporated into the contract documents. The original bid amount of $754,100.00 has been reduced to a total contract amount of $749,100.00. The Base Bid completion date will remain unchanged, Alternate 1 and 2 completion dates have been adjusted to be completed by December 1, 2022. The scope of work includes removing well motor and have it re-built for a backup motor. Furnish and install new motor, new pump and level measuring systems.
