Council approved Resolution No. 2022-026 on April 18, 2022, vacating a portion of Luna Avenue and Spruce Street. After that resolution was approved, but before it was filed at the Register of Deeds, the property was replatted, so the legal description on the resolution was no longer accurate. This resolution allows the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign a corrected Resolution 2022-026 with the correct and accurate legal description.
