Agenda Item Summary:
Council approved Resolution No. 2022-027 on April 18, 2022, vacating an alleyway between Pine Street and Spruce Street. After that resolution was approved but before it was filed at the Register of Deeds, the property was replatted, so the legal description on the resolution was no longer accurate. This resolution allows the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign a corrected resolution 2022-027 with the correct and accurate legal description.
