Agenda Item Summary:
The Project will construct phase 2 of the earthen berm at Cell 18 in order to provide additional airspace, the project will also construct a debris fence atop of the new berm and just south of Cell 18, for litter control. The project will bid the southern fence alignment as an alternate. Award of the alternate will be considered at the time of award, pending available funding.
