Project is a full street and utility reconstruction of St. Andrew Street East of Palo Verde Drive. This project originated due to failing water and sewer mains. Multiple water main breaks have occurred in this area making it a high priority for reconstruction. The replacement of the utilities necessitate the replacement of the street and curb and gutter.
