Agenda Item Summary:
This project is for the construction of approximately 1200 feet of 8" water main, 500 feet of 8” sanitary sewer main, and the associated appurtenances, concrete pavement located outside of the SDDOT project limits under SDDOT project no. IM 0902(112)59 PCN 6568. In addition to the bid contract, the City will reimburse the DOT 100% of the costs associated with surfacing removal and replacement for areas that are outside of the SDDOT project limits. This reimbursement is per the previously approved Agreement and Amendment Number 1 to Agreement Number 614924 for the Joint Powers Maintenance and Encroachment Agreement between Department of Transportation and City of Rapid City in the amount of $138,680.57.
