City staff recommends awarding this project to JMD Excavating for a total bid amount of $600.00 for a 2-6” snow event and $900.00 for an over 6” snow event. Advertising authority was for $60,000.00 for all City lots bids (4, 5, 6-2,7, 8, 9 and lot near West Blvd.). Actual expenditures based on number of snow events. This was previously awarded to Marathon Resource Management Group. They have responded that they are unable to fulfill the bid.
