Agenda Item Summary:
This is for Utility and Drainage work associated with the East Boulevard / East North Street Grading Project being administered through SDDOT per Joint Powers Agreement (716308) between the City of Rapid City and South Dakota Department of Transportation. This agreement authorized SDDOT to bid and award the project on the City’s behalf. SDDOT awarded the project to Simon Contractors at the June 28, 2018 Transportation Commission Meeting. CIP/8910 Streets funding was initially identified. This is being replaced with STCM 101/301 funds.
