Recommend awarding contract for Concrete Replacement for Main Breaks to Tru-Form Construction, Inc. in the amount of $189,175.00. This work is to repair concrete curb and gutter, concrete street panels, etc. after water main breaks have been repaired. This is a one-year contract, with an option to renew yearly (up to 4 more years) if agreed to by both parties.
