Patch various streets in preparation of chip sealing work. There was an irregularity with the bid from J & J Asphalt Company in that while all unit prices were given, a total bid was not given. Staff added the total costs for each bid item and read the total bid amount at the opening. Since all unit prices and total costs for each bid item were given, staff recommends awarding to J & J Asphalt Company.
