Agenda Item Summary:
Every May the CIP Committee must forward a 5-year funding plan to the council for approval. The requests have exceeded the projected allocation in 2023 by $629,560 so priorities must be identified and cuts must be made prior to forwarding the plan.
**Appropriate adjustments were made during the CIP meeting to budget the 5-year. The new balanced 5-year plan is attached**
