Complaints on any issues related to the general administration of Rapid City’s CDBG program may be made using this form. Complaints must be filed within 30 calendar days of the alleged occurrence. In the case where a complainant is unable or incapable of providing a written statement, a verbal complaint may be made to the City of Rapid City’s Community Enrichment Division Manager. Under these circumstances, the complainant will be interviewed, and the City of Rapid City’s Community Enrichment Division Manager will assist the Complainant in converting the verbal allegations to writing.
