Storm Water Survey

The City of Rapid City is required by a National Pollution Discharge Elimination System permit to protect Rapid Creek and other surface water bodies in and around Rapid City from urban pollution. Your answers will assist us with public education and program direction.

Please take a couple minutes to complete this survey online before August 31, 2004. Just answer the questions and submit your response. Results of the survey will be posted on the web page by September 15, 2004. Your participation is greatly appreciated!
