Q: What is the Energy Plant and where is it located?
.......A: The Energy Plant is a common heating/cooling plant that directly heats and cools the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center and Central High School. The Energy Plant also remotely controls the HVAC and other building systems in the following buildings:
