The Roosevelt Park Ice Arena is proud to offer programs and classes designed to teach the game of ice hockey to individuals of all ages. Programs are also offered to encourage practice and improvement of the skills being taught.
For those who have no skating experience, it is highly recommended that you participate in the Learn to Skate Program prior to enrolling in hockey due to the complexity of the activities. The hockey coaching staff suggests that you pass through Alpha, Beta, and Gamma levels before participating in the Learn to Play Hockey Program in order to develop ice skating skills accordingly and benefit from the lessons.
