| Community Gymnasiums | ||||

Rapid City has two Community Centers/Gymnasiums that were constructed with Vision 2012 Funding. These facilities, which were constructed with city funding, are operated jointly with the Rapid City School District, who provides funding for on-going maintenance. The Schools use the facilities weekdays until 5:45 pm and the City uses the community centers for recreation programming beginning at 6:00 pm.

| Each Community Center can accommodate two full length basketball courts, two regulation size tennis courts, or three regulation volleyball courts. Each facility also has bleachers and restroom facilities available. | ||||

| West Community Center (November, December & February) Fridays 6:00 - 10:00 pm Sundays Noon - 4:00 pm January & March: The Recreation Division has the right to cancel or change these times without notice. Changes will be posted at the Gyms, or you may call 394-4168. Fee: $2 per person |
