The RCRA is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from interested qualified operators to enter into a contract to provide all F&B and vending services at the Rapid City Regional Airport. The RCRA is seeking a partner that shares the vision of providing a quality program that focuses on customer service while providing food, beverage, and vending offerings that are responsive to customer needs at a fair market price. The goals of the program are:

• Optimize concession revenue for the Airport and Concessionaire
• Provide enhanced quality and value to the customer
• Create a pleasing atmosphere that promotes the Black Hills theme
