| The City of Rapid City in conjunction with the Rapid City Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) has contracted with the consulting firm Felsburg Holt & Ullevig to develop alternative alignments for an additional means of access for the Chapel Valley area and to determine the feasibility of providing an additional access for the Chapel Valley area. |
