Trenching Board Meeting Minutes

The Rapid City Trenching Board is comprised of the Public Works Director, a licensed professional engineer engaged in a consulting business within Rapid City; an employee of a nongovernmental utility company having underground utilities within Rapid City; two licensed sewer and water or trenching contractors and a representative from the telecommunication industry. This Board reviews all license applications and makes recommendations to the Rapid City Council concerning renewals and new licenses.
