Archived files are arranged by date, with the most recent at the top of the list.  Click Agenda, Minutes, Video or Audio to access the appropriate files. You can also search the Video archives by typing keywords into the Search box.

Windows Media Player is required to view the videos. This can be downloaded for free from the Microsoft website here.  The minimum system requirements for watching the Archived Video (including information for MAC users) are available here.

Mac users - Microsoft Silverlight is available to resolve issues with video and jump points.  Click here to download.

Firefox users, you will need to download and install the Windows Media Player plugin.  Please click here for more information on this plugin.

Google Chrome supports Windows Media Player by default so it should work fine.

Note: The City of Rapid City does not provide support for online video viewing other than the information provided on this web page.  The City has tested the viewing of it's online videos in all of the web browsers mentioned above and did not encounter any problems.
