The Community Development Division (CDD) works with the community to identify issues, human needs and gaps in services that affect the living standards of the residents of Rapid City and facilitates discussions with community stakeholders and government officials to set priorities and goals, and locate assets and local resources that can be utilized in achieving the high priority goals.

2013 Community Development Block Grant Preliminary Annual Action Plan Activities

The City has been given an extension for filing the FY 2013 Annual Action Plan and for the FY 2013-FY2017 Five Year Consolidated Plan to April 30, 2013.  

Preliminary approval for the FY 2013 Annual Action Plan and FY 2013-FY 2017 Five Year Consolidated Plan will be presented to Legal & Finance committee on May 1, 2013 and Council on May 6, 2013.
